== About the Hospital career==

The Health Services are important as wounded players require them to heal. You can also get a sex change, or get cured from your drug habit by paying a fee at the local Hospital. Police officers require DNA sample testing, and some people may request to get that aweful tatoo removed. The player requires a Medical Degree and to have done 10 - 20 Nurses Earns to reach the first of four ranks.

[[File:Doctor.gif|left|100px]]Doctors are able to perform the examinations on players. To do so, head to the Hospital and it will list what injuries or operations players have requested. Clicking the link to the right of these will perform the operation, and you will gain a cut of the fees they have paid to have it done. Doctors cannot perform operations on themselves. It should take around 200 earns to reach the next rank.

In the fire department you are responsible to manage the cities fires. You are responsible to put out fires when they are reported. To join the fire department, you must train 20 times at 15 minutes per train. There are 3 ranks to the fire department, These are Volunteer Fire Fighter, Fire Fighter, and finally, Fire Chief.

NB: You can put out fires reported by yourself.

At this rank Earns and fire’s will be your main priority to Make sure you gain the promotion. You will earn around $150-$250 per earn.

Being Able to set price for smoke alarm Between $1000-$50000 will allow you to push your profit to the maximum. Make sure you collect profits at all times as the fire station could be the place of an armed robbery. Gaining 1% respect a day is another bonus of being fire chief as you are at the top rank of a legit carer. You will earn around $250-$350 per earn.
